Whole components are coordinated base on the order of punches the exactitude of the punches are very high so Hamoon profile has designed a roll forming machine that is able to perform punching operation consecutively and with ±۰٫۰۱ mm tolerance exactness.
The length of this profile is 3600 mm with 24 punches, the galvanized coating of it has 0.35 mm thickness and colored coating of it has 0.25 mm thickness.
